RedLine ensures worldwide shipping.

2. Delays and shipping cost

Orders placed online are shipped within a period on the product sheets from the date of order confirmation. If the stock allows, your package is prepared by RedLine teams with special care within 1 to 2 business days and will be handled by your selected carrier (LaPoste/Fedex).

Orders placed before 10 am will be processed the same and any orders placed further will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

You will be notified of the shipment of your order and its estimated delivery date via email.

For all purchases made on our website, you may exercise your Right to Withdrawal or return the item received within 14 days following the delivery of the order.

It is important to note that for orders delivered outside of Europe, additional costs such as customs taxes or carrier charges may apply. These charges are beyond our control and may vary depending on the country destination as well as the value of the order.

Due to the fluctuating nature of these costs and taxes, we are unable to predict them in advance or include them in the total amount of your order. However, please rest assured that we work with our logistics partners to minimize these costs as much as possible.

1. Return conditions

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Purchases must be accompanied by the return from completed;
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unmounted, with their original certificate of authenticity and packaging.
• We do not accept return or exchange of black gold jewelries.

RedLine reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions and to return them to customer if necessary.
